Tandoori chicken tikka is a North Indian recipe in which boneless chicken pieces are marinated in yoghurt and spices and then grilled over a tandoor.
1.50 g Large garlic clovespeeled, halved and thinly sliced
1/4 inch Ginger
1/2 Pieces green cardamom
1/2 Pieces Cinnamon stick
1/2 Pieces Clove
0.13 tsp Cumin seeds
0.13 tsp Coriander seeds
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
Directions: Tandoori Chicken Tikka Recipe
STEP 1.Grind onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, cumin, and coriander together in a mixer grinder.
STEP 2.Mix this paste, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and oil in chicken pieces and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
STEP 3.Pierce screw in marinated chicken pieces.
STEP 4.Arrange in baking tray and bake or grill in OTG for 20 minutes on 200℃.
STEP 5.Serve tandoori chicken tikka with green chutney and pickled onions.
