STEP 3.Stir fry for 5 minutes until onions become translucent. Add 3 tsp tamarind sauce , 2 tsp lime juice , 2 tsp fish sauce and 2 tsp brown sugar . Mix well and stir fry for 4 minutes . Turn off the heat .
