Ingredients for Tamarind candy / Imli ki goli Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Tamarind Pulp -
  • 1 cup Jaggery -
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder -
  • 1 tbsp Black salt -
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder-
  • 1 tsp Ghee -
  • 1 tbsp Water -
  • As required Powdered sugar

Directions: Tamarind Candy / Imli Ki Goli Recipe

  • STEP 1.тАв Blend the tamarind pulp into a fine Paste .
  • STEP 1.тАв Heat up a pan and then add Ghee...Jaggery and the water. Mix well and let the Jaggery melt.
  • STEP 2.тАв Then add Cumin powder, chilli powder and black Salt. Mix It Well and let it cook for 2-3 mins. тАв Add tamarind pulp and mix it well. Cook it for more 3-4 mins. тАв Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
  • STEP 3.тАв Roll it into small candies and then Coat it with powdered sugar. тАв Our Tamarind candies are ready.
