Ingredients for Tamarind Balls Recipe

  • 450 gram Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.50 cup white or brown sugar
  • 1/2 piece hot pepper chopped, optional
  • 8 No.s cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon leaves chadobeni or cilantro, finely chopped

Directions: Tamarind Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 - in a bowl take tamarind pulp, salt, sugar, hot pepper, crushed garlic and cilantro. Mix everything together.

step 4

  • STEP 1.4 - roll the balls in powdered sugar and serve.
