Ingredients for Takikomi Recipe

  • 1 piece chiken thigh
  • 0.33 slab of Konnyaku
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Aburaage
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1 salt
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • As required Water

Directions: Takikomi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the chicken into bite pieces and cut the konnyaku,carrot and aburaage thinly
  • STEP 2.Cook the rice in a rice cooker
  • STEP 3.Add salt,soy sauce, sake and mirin
  • STEP 4.Add more water if needed
  • STEP 5.Add chicken and vegetables and cook like white rice , serve
