Ingredients for TACOS Recipe

  • 1.50 Pieces Taco shells
  • 1/4 cup rajma /Kidney beans
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • as required pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tomato sauce
  • as required Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Tacos Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cook pre soaked kidney beans till soft
  • STEP 2.Heat a tsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan.
  • STEP 3.Saute onion with ginger garlic paste for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Next add capsicum pieces , saute for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add mixed herbs, chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt.
  • STEP 6.Add boiled rajma and mash well
  • STEP 7.Mix in chilli sauce and tomato sauce. and salt.
  • STEP 8.Fill each taco shell with the above mixture. Add mayonnaise/ cheese on top along with capsicum and tomato pieces.
