A light, refreshing salad made with a very nutritious grain. I do prefer this with quinoa but burghul may also be used. Very nice with a grilled chicken breast spiced with moroccan seasoning. An excellent diet recipe as it is very filling and nutritious and the olive oil is a good fat. The grain is excellent protein.
