  • 1 inch 1/2 yellow onion, chopped into chunks

  • 15 Small dried chilies, use less for a milder flavor
  • 2 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Minced ginger
  • As required Salt and pepper, to taste
  • As required Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1.50 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
