  • 1 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Green Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 12 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mix together ground pork, shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
  • STEP 3.Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  • STEP 4.Drop the wontons into the boiling broth and cook for about 5 minutes or until they float to the surface.
  • STEP 5.In a small bowl, whisk together honey, chili sauce, and cornstarch. Add the mixture to the soup and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional green onions.
