  • 2 ounce Lettuce and spinach washed and torn into pieces
  • 0.08 cup Mushrooms fresh and thinly sliced
  • 1/25 Sweet onions purple, thinly sliced
  • 0.17 piece Avocado sliced in small
  • 0.67 piece Slices bacon or ham cooked and cut into small
  • 0.08 cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 0.08 can Grapes you substitute mandarin oranges or pineapple
  • 1/10 cup Sugar one heaping 1/2 cup
  • 0.17 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 0.17 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 cup White vinegar
  • 0.17 cup Canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Poppy seeds
