This sweet & sour salad has the perfect amount of tang and the perfect amount of sweet i originally shared this recipe in july of 2010. it was one of the dishes i had served.
2 ounce Lettuce and spinach washed and torn into pieces
0.08 cup Mushrooms fresh and thinly sliced
1/25 Sweet onions purple, thinly sliced
0.17 piece Avocado sliced in small
0.67 piece Slices bacon or ham cooked and cut into small
0.08 cup Swiss cheese grated
0.08 can Grapes you substitute mandarin oranges or pineapple
1/10 cup Sugar one heaping 1/2 cup
0.17 teaspoon Dry mustard
0.17 teaspoon Salt
0.06 cup White vinegar
0.17 cup Canola oil
1/4 teaspoon Poppy seeds
