1/2 Pieces Medium sweet potato
0.06 cup Rice flour
0.06 cup Maze flour
1/4 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 tbsp Almond meal
1.50 Pieces Seed less Dates
0.06 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Hot milk
0.06 cup Coconut milk
1/4 tbsp Honey
1/2 tbsp Oil
0.06 tsp Nutmeg powder
0.06 tsp Cinnamon powder
0.06 Tsp Dry ginger powder
A Pinch Pinch of salt
0.13 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
0.13 tsp Lemon zest

STEP 1.Soak Dates & Raisins into hot milk for 30 min.
STEP 2.Grease a 6 inch square shape cake tin with Oil, line butter paper into base of the tin.
STEP 3.Peel off the sweet potatoes & grate finely.
STEP 4.Blend soaked Dates & Raisins with milk into a smooth puree.
STEP 5.Now take a mixing bowl add grated sweet potatoes, Date-raisins puree, honey, coconut milk, Almond meal, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, dry ginger powder, pinch of salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, mix properly. In the same bowl sieve maze flour, rice flour, corn flour & baking powder. Mix together properly.
STEP 6.Pre heat oven at 180°c for 5 min.
STEP 7.Now pour the sweet potato mixture into the greased tin & place into the pre heated Oven. Bake at 180°c for 40 min.
STEP 8.To check the doneness of the pudding, insert a toothpick, if come out then pudding is ready. Cool completely before serve.
STEP 9.Now cut into pieces & garnish with roasted almond & sprinkle some honey on top.
