  • 0.33 nos No. Sweet Potato.
  • 0.33 nos table spoon cumin seeds.
  • 0.17 nos Table Spoon Red Chilli Powder.
  • 0.33 nos Table Spoon Carum Seeds.
  • 0.67 nos Table Spoon Green Chill
  • As required finslly Chopped.
  • 0.33 nos Table Spoon Ginger Paste.
  • 0.17 nos Table Spoon Amchur Powder.
  • 0.67 nos Table Spoon Green Corrieonder finally Chopped.
  • 0.17 nos Table Spoon Turmeric Powder.
  • 0.33 nos Table Spoon Kaduri Methi.
  • 0.33 nos Table Spoon Salt to Taste.

Directions: Sweet Potato Parathas. Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a Pressure Cooker Add some Water. Then in a Steal Bowl Put 1 Sweet Potato and take 1/2 Spoon of Salt. Take 3 Whistle. Cooked well. After that switch off the Gas. Open the Cooker and take out the Bowl. Then pull up and Peel the Skin. Mash smooth the Sweet Potato, with the fork.
  • STEP 2.Then Add 2 Measuring Cup Wheat Flour. 1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Tea Spoon Aamchur Powder, 1/4 Tea Spoon Carum Seeds. 1 Green Chilli finally chopped. 1/2 Tea Spoon Ginger Paste. 1. Tea Spoon Kasuri Methi. 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt. 2 Tea Spoon Coriander finally chopped. .
  • STEP 3.Mix Well all the Ingredients. Combined Well. Add Water as per requirement. Knead for 5Minutes. Soft Dough. And rest for 20Minute. After 20 Minutes make Ball Sized. Sprinkle Wheat flour.Roll Gently and Roll Thin. Dust off flour. Put the Paratha in Hot Pan. Cook for 1 Minute. Flip over, Press Gently. Put 1/2 Spoon Olive Oil, Flip over cooked wel. And Serve Healthy Wet Loss Sweet Potato Parathas.
