Ingredients for Sweet Potato Paratha Recipe

  • 50 gm Sweet potatoes boied & smashed
  • 1/5 cup Multigrain flour
  • 1/5 tbsp mix dryfruits powder
  • 1/5 tbsp Black sesame seeds
  • 1/5 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/5 tbsp Oil
  • 1/5 tsp Salt
  • As Required as needed Water to knead a soft dough

Directions: Sweet Potato Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix smashed sweet potatoes, multigrain flour, oil,dryfruits powder, black sesame seeds & salt in a bowl and knead a soft dough with water..
  • STEP 2.Knead dough again with little oil to soften. Make equal portion from the dough and make round balls & roll paraths cut in ❤ shapes cook both the brown colour spreading ghee on both sides on medium flame.
  • STEP 3.Serve hot ready Healthy, yummy Sweet potato Paratha in a plate with Chutney, ketchup.
