  • 0.06 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

  • STEP 1.Boil the sweet potatoes until they are soft and cooked.
  • STEP 2.Peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
  • STEP 3.Heat ghee in a pan and add the mashed sweet potatoes.
  • STEP 4.Add jaggery and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 6.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • STEP 7.Shape the mixture into small ladoos and garnish with chopped nuts.
