STEP 1.Wash sweet potato and grate with big hole grater.
STEP 2.Heat ghee in pan add grated sweet potato and fry tilfor 5min or till it cooked
STEP 3.Add a cup of milk and let it boil till thick then add another glass of milk.
STEP 4.Soak dates in hot milk and blend it to paste and add to kheer mix well. Add cardmom powder.
STEP 5.Add to serving bowl and enjoy hot or chilled.
