Ingredients for Sweet Potato & Black Bean Chili Recipe
0.38 inch Large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes
0.13 Large onion, chopped
0.13 tablespoon Olive oil
1/4 tablespoon Chili powder
0.38 Garlic cloves, minced
0.13 teaspoon Ground Cumin
0.03 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/4 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
0.13 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
0.03 cup Brewed coffee
1/4 tablespoon Honey
0.06 teaspoon Salt
0.03 teaspoon Pepper
0.06 cup Shredded reduced fat monterey jack cheese or reduced fat mexican cheese blend
