Sweet Corn cheela is a North Indian Traditional dish which is made in most of the house during winter and rainy season. Its very nutritious and healthy for kids too.
STEP 1.Step 1 Grind sweet corn along with garlic and chilly and transfer the mixture in a bowl.
STEP 2.Step 2. Add turmeric and salt to it. Add required amount of water to it. Make a semi thick consistency
STEP 3.Step 3. Take a non stick tawa on flame and pour a laddle full of batter on it and spread well. Brush both side with little oil on cheela.
STEP 4.Step 4 it will change color means cheela ia done now.
STEP 5.Step 5 serve hot with your choice of chutney or curry.
STEP 6.Note you can also take normal corn in place of sweet corn.
