Ingredients for Sweet corn bhel Recipe

  • 0.67 cups boiled american corn kernels
  • 0.67 Tbsp Finely chopped onion
  • 0.67 Tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
  • 0.67 Tbsp Finely chopped tomato
  • 0.67 Tbsp Finely chopped cucumber
  • 0.33 tablespoon chopped pudina leaves
  • 0.33 teaspoon Chat masala
  • 0.33 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 0.33 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 0.33 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander mint chutney
  • 1 tablespoon date tamarind chutney
  • 0.08 cup Sev
  • 0.08 cup spicy bundi
  • 0.08 cup Fried chana dal

Directions: Sweet Corn Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) In a mixing bowl take boiled American corn kernels. Add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, cucumber and pudina leaves.
  • STEP 2.2) Add chat masala, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.3) Add coriander mint chutney and date tamarind chutney. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.4) spread sev, spicy bundi and chana dal. Enjoy. ( Adjust all ingredients according to your taste).
