Sweet corn bhel is a tempting dish made with sweet corn, veges , spices and delicious chutneys topped with sev and bundi. It takes very less time to make. So enjoy while raining with a cup of tea or coffee.
STEP 1.1) In a mixing bowl take boiled American corn kernels. Add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, cucumber and pudina leaves.
STEP 2.2) Add chat masala, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
STEP 3.3) Add coriander mint chutney and date tamarind chutney. Mix well.
STEP 4.4) spread sev, spicy bundi and chana dal. Enjoy. ( Adjust all ingredients according to your taste).
