  • 1.50 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Juice Lime
  • as needed Chopped Spring Onions, For Garnish
  • as per your need Sesame Seeds, For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.Place the sausages on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • STEP 3.While the sausages are baking, prepare the sweet chilli sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, chilli flakes, garlic powder, and lime juice. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • STEP 4.Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the oven and brush them with the sweet chilli sauce. Return the sausages to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
  • STEP 5.Serve the sweet chilli sausages hot, garnished with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
  • STEP 6.Cooking Tips: For extra heat, add more chilli flakes to the sauce. You can also grill the sausages instead of baking them for a smoky flavor.
