Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • STEP 3.While the chicken is grilling, prepare the yogurt sauce by combining the yogurt, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a small bowl.
