  • 2 teaspoon Low-sodium soy or tamari sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 Large egg, lightly beaten
  • 4 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 2 Medium red bell peppers, de-seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • 6 Cloves garlic, crushed using a mortar and pestle or grated on a microplane
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger, grated on a microplane
  • 6 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Low-sodium soy or tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 can Chunk pineapple in pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch dissolved in0.5 cupcold water to form a slurry
