Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Rinse them in cold water to remove excess starch.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute for a minute and then add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens.
