It's a super yum sweet and sour bharta with innovation of my own, without using tomatoes, turmeric and coriander leaves and is well prepared using two types of sugar which gives a unique taste and is mouth watering, must try everyone.

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds full
1/4 teaspoon Red chillie
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
As required Curry patta few leaves to put inside and some for garnishing
1/4 cup Water
0.13 teaspoon White sugar
1/2 pinch Brown sugar
1/4 curd katori
1/2 onion medium sized sliced well
1/2-1 Green chillies chopped
1/2 tablespoon ginger julliens thinly sliced
As required garlic few cloves finely chopped
As required Pure Desi ghee
0.13 teaspoon Turmeric
