3/4 teaspoon Canola oil, divided
1/4 inch Large green pepper, cut into 1/2 pieces
1/4 inch Large sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 pieces
1/2 Medium tart apples, chopped
0.13 cup Plus 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions, divided
0.17 cup Packed brown sugar
0.13 cup Cider vinegar
