Ingredients for Surnali the sweet dosa world forgot. Recipe

  • 4 cup Recipe : twoANY RICE oneurad dal . soak separately in water . in Urad dal add threeof methi seeds. after hurs grind together and let it rest for hrs minimum. In a mixer jar take threeof the batter
  • As required add one cup of curds
  • As required one cup of grated coconut and one cup poha. give one stir in the mixer . add this to the main batter and stir . add salt. ur batter is ready for the dosa. oil the hot pan
  • As required put two ladle of the batter in the centre of the tava and let the batter fall on its own that is let it spread on its own. when almost done
  • As required add some amul butter & serve with home made butter.

In a mixer jar take three cups of the batter, add one cup of curds, one cup of grated coconut and one cup poha. give one stir in the mixer . add this to the main batter and stir . add salt. ur batter is ready for the dosa. oil the hot pan , put two ladle of the batter in the centre of the tava and let the batter fall on its own that is let it spread on its own. when almost done, add some amul butter & serve See less
