  • 0.80 cup wash clean and soak : twoof any rice in water. water should be cm above the grians. Soak oneurad dal andmethiseeds on water. Water should be cm above the grains
  • As required one cup curds
  • As required one cup grated coconut fresh. soak one cup jada poha overnight

Directions: Surnali. Coconut Based Dosa From Karnataka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the grains for 8 hours.
  • STEP 2.After 8 hours grind together.
  • STEP 3.Rest this batter for 8 hours
  • STEP 4.Post resting add the curds and coconut and poha in a mixer. add some batter and make a thick paste. Add this paste to the main batter Mix well heat a iron girdle Apply some oil Pour two ladle full of batter Allow it to spread on its own cover and cook for 5 min. when pores come on the top flip and cook from down spread some oil on sides.
