0.80 cup wash clean and soak : twoof any rice in water. water should be cm above the grians. Soak oneurad dal andmethiseeds on water. Water should be cm above the grains
As required one cup curds
As required one cup grated coconut fresh. soak one cup jada poha overnight

STEP 1.Soak the grains for 8 hours.
STEP 2.After 8 hours grind together.
STEP 3.Rest this batter for 8 hours
STEP 4.Post resting add the curds and coconut and poha in a mixer.
add some batter and make a thick paste.
Add this paste to the main batter
Mix well
heat a iron girdle
Apply some oil
Pour two ladle full of batter
Allow it to spread on its own
cover and cook for 5 min.
when pores come on the top flip and cook from down
spread some oil on sides.
