Ingredients for Summer Watermelon Mango Salad Recipe

  • 1/2 cup deseeded diced watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Diced mangoes
  • 1/2 cup Diced cucumber
  • As required ½ cup chopped onions
  • As required ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • As required ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • As required ½ tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Directions: Summer Watermelon Mango Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.To begin, prepare the dressing. Mix honey, lemon juice, light soy sauce, and chilli flakes in a bowl. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Next, mix watermelon, mangoes, cucumber, onions, and coriander leaves in a large bowl. Add in the dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • STEP 3.Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
