STEP 1.Soak the chia seeds with a cup of water for 15mins. Then divide it in two bowls. Mix beetroot juice in one bowl & mix moringa powder in another bowl. Keep aside.
STEP 2.Take curd, chopped apple in a mixing jar & blend it well.
STEP 3.Soak the poha with little water for 5 mins.Then strain the excess water & mix curd apple mixture in poha.Mix it well & keep it in fridge for few minutes.
STEP 4.Take a long serving glass now. Add some ice cubes. Pour 2tbspn beetroot-chia seeds mixture over it.
STEP 5.Add poha-curd mixture to make the second layer.
STEP 6.For third layer add some chopped apple & pomogranate. Any kind of fruits can be added as per your choice.
STEP 7.Finally add 1tbspn moringa-chia mixture topping with a fresh cherry.
STEP 8.Keep it in fridge for sometime & enjoy it chilled.
