Ingredients for Sukhdi Recipe

  • 2 Cup wheat flour
  • 1 Cup jaggery finely chopped
  • As Required Almonds
  • 1 Cup ghee

Directions: Sukhdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan, heat ghee nd saute wheat flour until it leaves an aroma and slightly changes its color.
  • STEP 2.Then switch off the flame nd add chopped jaggery or gud nd mix it well....
  • STEP 3.Transfer this mixture to ghee greased plate and evenly spread it.
  • STEP 4.Cut it into cubes and its ready to serve.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with almonds
