  • 1/2 Packet Of semolina
  • 1 Tsp tablespoons ghee
  • 1/4 Tbsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 Tsp Like the amount of sugar
  • 1/2 A Few rms tasting salt
  • 1/2 A Few Egg yolk
  • 1/2 Packet Of powdered milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Pinch of salt

  • STEP 1.First lightly fry the semolina with ghee in a hot pan, stir fry with cardamom powder and stir for a while with a little milk.
  • STEP 2.In another pan, stir in the sugar, then when it turns brown with the sugar, add the milk to thicken over low heat for a while. Make it all round with light pressureIt should be fried in hot oil like brown.3. Now when the milk sugar mixture is thick, put the semolina sweets in it for a while and then when the milk is quite cold .
  • STEP 3.leave it for 4 hours in the fridge, take it out of the fridge and serve it cold.
