Ingredients for Suji sprouts Sandwich Dhokla Recipe
0-1/2 cup (For white layer) Semolina
As required ½ cup curd
As required Salt as taste
1/4 nos t.sp.oil
As required ½
0-1/4 cup .sp.eno (for greem layer )mung sprouts
1/2 nos tb.spoon oats
1/2 tb sp.spinch paste
tb sp Coriander mint leaves
1/4 nos green chilli
As required ½ cup curd
As required Salt as taste
As required ½ t sp eno
0-1/4 tb t.sp.oil for greesing. (For Vaghar)sp oil
1/4 nos t sp muster seeds
As required Hing
1/2 nos dry chilli
As required Curry leaves
1/4 nos green chilli
1/4 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Suger
Directions: Suji Sprouts Sandwich Dhokla Recipe
STEP 1.First of all, add curd and water as needed to semolina, mix and keep covered for 10 minutes.Prepare the ingredients for the green dhokla and grind it in a mixer jar to prepare the pudding.
STEP 2.Now both kheera are ready. Add salt and oil to it. Cut semolina kheera into 2 parts. Now heat water in a steamer. Now add ino and 1 teaspoon of water to 1 part of semolina pudding and mix well. Take it in a plate greased with oil and put it to steam.
STEP 3.After 3 minutes, add Eno to the green khira and layer it on the white dhokla.. Cover it for another 3 minutes and allow it to steam.
STEP 4.In the same way again, add Eno to the remaining white khira and layer it and sprinkle chili powder on it. Now cover everything and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then check with a paddle and if it comes out clean, the sandwich dhokla is ready. When it cools down, take out the pieces.
Now prepare vaghar from the above mentioned ingredients and pour it on the dhokla. Sooji sprout sandwich dhokla is ready to serve.
