0.33 cup MeasuringSuji/Semolina
0.67 nos Table Spoon Wheat Flour.
1/4 nos Tea spoon sugar
0.08 nos Tea Spoon Salt.
As required And Make Fine Powder.
Directions: Suji Masala Dosa With Aloo Bhaji. Recipe
STEP 1.Take All Ingredients in a Bowl.
Then Add 1 Measuring Cup Dahi, and Mixed it's Well.
STEP 2.Add 1 Measuring Cup Water, and Break the Lumps, and Make smooth Consistency. Cover it's and rest for 15 Minutes.
STEP 3.For Aul Bhaji : 2 Table Spoon Oil.
. 1 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds.
1/2 Tea Spoon Urad Dal.
1/2 Tea Spoon Chana Dal.
1/2 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds.
1. Pinch of Hing.,Few Curry Leaves.
Splutter Tempering.
Add : 3 Finally Chopped Green Chillis.
1 Inch Finally Chopped Ginger.
1 Sliced Onion. Saute In Medium Flame till Onion soften.Then add 1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt. Saute in Low Medium Flame. Turns Aromatic. Add 4 Boiled Potatoes. Mix Well, Combined.
Add 1/4 Cup of Water. Mixed Well. Mashed Slightly. Smooth Texture. Add 2 Table Spoon finally chopped Coriander, and Add 1/2 Spoon Lemon Juice.

STEP 4.For Coconut Chutney.
In A Mixcer Add 1 Cup Grated Coconut. 3-4 Green Chillis.
Few Curry Leaves.1/2 Lemon Juice, 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt Add 1/2 Cup Water. And our Smooth Coconut Chutney is Ready. Give Tadka of 1 Table Spoon Oil, 1/2 Spoon Mustered Seeds and Some Curry Leaves. Now Serve South Indian Breakfast Suji Masala Dosa With Aloo Bhaji and Coconut Chutney.
