Ingredients for Suji idly Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups suji
  • 1/4 Cups Curd
  • 1/4 Packet Eno fruit salt
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Suji Idly Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take a mixing bowl . then combine suji and curd and mix well keep aside for 10 minutes then after add required water for make a smooth batter and mix well. than grease idli plate with little oil and add water in idli steamer. than take a suji idli batter add required salt and one packet of eno fruit salt gently mix. Pour all cavity of idli plate and steam for 10 minutes after 10 minutes your suji idli will be ready serve with chutney and sambar...
