STEP 1.Take a pan to that add 1 tablespoon of ghee and then add Suji to it. Roast it till the Suji turns light red in colour and gives a sweet smell.
STEP 2.Take an another pan to that add 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and 2 cardamom. Make a Sugar Syrup.
STEP 3.When sugar Syrup is ready. Slightly pour it is a roasted Suji pan. Cook that halwa for 4 minutes more.
STEP 4.Serve it hot in a bowl and enjoy it with your family.
