STEP 3.Mix it well in a low flame until the mixture is dry and sticky and turn off the flame
STEP 4.Add 3 tbsp of refined wheat flour and mix it with hand and shape it like small balls
STEP 5.Deep fry in refined sunflower oil untill it looks brownish in colour
STEP 6.Take 1 cup of sugar and 1.5 cups of water to make the sugar syrup ,and add 5 pieces of cardamom in the syrup
STEP 7.At last add the fried suji balls into the sugar syrup for 10 minutes and serve hot.
