STEP 1.Take a bowl to that add Suji followed by chopped onion, green chilli, tomatoes, coriander leafs and salt. Then mix it all well.
STEP 2.Then ads curd to it followed drop by drop water. Then cover it with a plate and make it stand for 1 hours.
STEP 3.After one hour, stir it all Well.. Then to that add 1 full sachet of eno to get spongy appam.
STEP 4.Then take appe maker. Pour few drops of oil in it. Then pour appe batter to it. Cook appe from both the sides till you get a nice colour and fully cooked.Then take it out in a plate.
STEP 5.For tadka-Take a pan. Heat oil to it. Then to that add 1 fine flake of green chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves. When it start cracking to that then add cooked appe and stir it all very gently.
STEP 6.Then serve it hot in a plate and enjoy it with coconut peanut chutney 😍
