Ingredients for Suji Appe Recipe

  • 62.50 g suji
  • 1/4 Cups dahi
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces chillis
  • As Required Coriander leafs
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required water
  • 1/4 Packet Eno
  • A Few Curry leafs
  • As Required Salt
  • A Few Mustard seeds

Directions: Suji Appe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl to that add Suji followed by chopped onion, green chilli, tomatoes, coriander leafs and salt. Then mix it all well.
  • STEP 2.Then ads curd to it followed drop by drop water. Then cover it with a plate and make it stand for 1 hours.
  • STEP 3.After one hour, stir it all Well.. Then to that add 1 full sachet of eno to get spongy appam.
  • STEP 4.Then take appe maker. Pour few drops of oil in it. Then pour appe batter to it. Cook appe from both the sides till you get a nice colour and fully cooked.Then take it out in a plate.
  • STEP 5.For tadka-Take a pan. Heat oil to it. Then to that add 1 fine flake of green chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves. When it start cracking to that then add cooked appe and stir it all very gently.
  • STEP 6.Then serve it hot in a plate and enjoy it with coconut peanut chutney 😍
