  • 0.33 Pieces Apple
  • 0.08 Cups Dates paste
  • 0.08 Cups Corn flakes
  • 0.08 Cup Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 0.11 Cup Dryfruit powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Ghee

Directions: Sugarfree Apple Dates Oats Laddoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first,grated apple and dates .
  • STEP 2.Then,poured it in pan and saute it .
  • STEP 3.Add honey,cornflakes,oats powder in it and mix it.
  • STEP 4.Saute them all in pan with honey and dryfruit powder.
  • STEP 5.Add ghee in it and saute untill the mixture leave the pan.
  • STEP 6.Afterthat,when the mixture got normal then taken a little portion from the dough and prepared the ladoos.
  • STEP 7.Coated the ladoo with dryfruit powder and keep them in fridge for 5hrs and serve it in puja or occational day.it is very healthy and tasty ladoo.
