0.33 Pieces Apple
0.08 Cups Dates paste
0.08 Cups Corn flakes
0.08 Cup Oats
1 Tbsp Honey
0.11 Cup Dryfruit powder
0.67 Tsp Ghee
Directions: Sugarfree Apple Dates Oats Laddoo Recipe
STEP 1.At first,grated apple and dates .
STEP 2.Then,poured it in pan and saute it .
STEP 3.Add honey,cornflakes,oats powder in it and mix it.
STEP 4.Saute them all in pan with honey and dryfruit powder.
STEP 5.Add ghee in it and saute untill the mixture leave the pan.
STEP 6.Afterthat,when the mixture got normal then taken a little portion from the dough and prepared the ladoos.
STEP 7.Coated the ladoo with dryfruit powder and keep them in fridge for 5hrs and serve it in puja or occational day.it is very healthy and tasty ladoo.
