After, lunch, we want some healthy dessert to eat. So I made, subja papaya pudding, which is healthy as well as useful for weight loss. It is easy to make
STEP 1.Cut papaya into small pieces. Soak subja seeds in milk for half an hour.
STEP 2.Mash 1 cup of papaya pieces in a bowl with masher.
STEP 3.Take glasses , add 2 tabs mashed papaya in it. Now add soaked subja seeds, with milk in it.
STEP 4.Add some honey and mix well.
STEP 5.Now add remaing pieces of papaya on it.
STEP 6.Put this ready glass in refrigerator for chilling, for half an hour.
STEP 7.Remove after chilling, garnish as we wish, and serve chilled subja papaya pudding... In this summer...
