1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Butter
0.13 tsp Zeera
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp Haldi powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
3/4 tsp Dhania powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
0.13 tsp dry roasted kasoori methi crushed
1/2 tbsp Fresh cream
As Required Oil for frying
Directions: Stuffed Tomato 🍅 With Gravy... Recipe
STEP 1.Firstly soak kaju in boiling water for 1/2 hour , keep aside. Soak badam in water overnight , peel them , keep aside .
STEP 2.Take a bowl , add all the ingredients of stuffing one by one , mix well , keep aside . Keep aside.
STEP 3.Now cut tomato 🍅 from both the ends , scoop out the pulp as much as possible. Use the pulp in gravy masala.
STEP 4.Fill the tomato 🍅 with the stuffing accordingly, cover it with the cut ends , insert a wet toothpick , keep aside.
STEP 5.Mean while add all the ingredients of gravy masala in a blender jar , grind it to a fine paste , keep aside .
STEP 6.Take a pan , add some oil , heat it . Shallow fry the stuffed Tomato until a lil soft . Turn off the flame . Take out them carefully in a dish , keep aside.
STEP 7.Now take a wok or pan , add oil & butter , heat it .
STEP 8.Moderate the flame , add zeera , let it splutter.
STEP 9.In goes ginger garlic paste , saute it until rawness is released . Add lil water to avoid burning .
STEP 10.Now add 2 tbsp gravy masala , mix it well . Cook it for 5 minutes.
STEP 11.In goes haldi , dhania & Kashmiri red chilli powder , give a stir . Add salt also . Add lil water , mix it well .
STEP 12.Cook it until oil has oozed out . Now add garam masala powder & kasoori methi , mix well .
STEP 13.In goes fresh cream , give a stir . Cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced .
STEP 14.Open the lid , add 1/2 cup boiled water , mix it well , give a boil . Cook it covered on low flame until a lil saucy .
STEP 15.Turn off the flame , open the lid after 5 minutes .
STEP 16.Take out in a serving bowl , arrange the cooked tomato 🍅 , garnish it with dhania sprig .
STEP 17.U can also use boiled , mashed aloo & matar in stuffing. In that case u have to fry the both the ingredients with lil oil & zeera .
