  • As required Braided Breads from my Bakes..
  • As required Recipe for the dough .. .
  • 0.33 cups whole wheat flour
  • 0.06 cup Maida
  • 0.08 tsp Yeast
  • 0.17 nos tbs sugar
  • 0.08 tsp Salt
  • 0.08 cup Whole Milk
  • As required Water
  • 25 gm cottage cheese
  • 16.67 gm chopped Bellpeppers
  • As required Pizza Sauce
  • As required Oregano's
  • As required mixed herbs
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Stuffed Rose Buns Recipe

  • STEP 1. Chop the peppers and crumble the cheese..mix and season..and keep aside.
  • STEP 2. In warm milk mix sugar...then add yeast ,mix and leave for 5-7 min or till it blooms.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl...sift the flours adding salt....make a well in the middle...add the bloomed yeast ,mis with the flour...adding oil and water as required..keep gathering the dough till it comes together...should be sticky...transfer to a floured counter...start kneading by stretching the dough...smear a tbs of butter on the dough while kneading ...knead for 5-7 minutes and make a ball ...in a greased bowl keep the dough coveted with cling wrap for 4-5 hrs or till it doubles.
  • STEP 4.Then punch,knead and use to make or shape your breads.
  • STEP 5.In the coloured breads...Divide the dough and add food coloring of your choice and shape the breads..
  • STEP 6. Make 40 gm ball of the dough..roll in a small disc,brush with pizza sauce...stuff cheese n bell peppers..shspe like a rose and leave to proof for 30 min. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 25-30 min.
