STEP 1.Put 1table spoon oil in a pan.when oil is heated add cumin seeds after roasting cumin seeds add coriander powder, salt, chilli powder. Now add cooked rice mix the rice with masala. Now add chat masala. When stuffing dries completly swtich off the gas and allow the stuffing to cool.Add chopped coriander in the stuffing.
STEP 2.Add carom seeds and 1/2teaspoon salt in wheat flour. Knead the smooth dough with the help of water. Cover the dough and keep aside till we make the parantha.
STEP 3.Divide the dough into large lemon size balls roll the balls into small roti. Place the stuffing on roti. Press the sides of parantha down to seal the edges. Roll it into parantha. Place the rolled parantha on preheated tava. With the help of asli ghee cook the parantha from both the sides until it become golden brown.
STEP 4.Serve the parantha with dahi and green chutney.
