This recipe of mine is entirely my own innovation ..i made it for the very first time and it came out to be superdelicious with shallow fried stuffed potatoes in mint potatoes filling infused in yoghurt spinach gravy..i am sure you are going to enjoy and relish this healthy yoghurt based recipe.

  • 62.50 milliliter Greek Yoghurt
  • 50 gram spinach frozen and shredded
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic grated
  • 1/2 onion medium sized
  • 7.50 gram cashew nuts preroasted
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2.50 gram cumin
  • As required Bay leaf one
  • 1/2-3/4 Red chillies whole
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 pinch Asafoetida
  • 0.13 teaspoon Kasmiri mirch powder
  • 2.50 gram coriander leaves . for garnishing
  • 3/4-1 Cherries for garnishing
