Ingredients for Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

  • 6 ounce Pork chops 2 rib chops trimmed and split
  • As required Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 ounce Sausage meat
  • 1/2 tablespoon Roasted red peppers diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Onions diced
  • 1 cup Baby spinach washed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil brush chops before grilling
  • 1 cup Potato bread cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Chicken stock add more if stuffing is dry
  • 1 tablespoon Blue cheese crumbles
  • 3 ounce Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/4 cup Chicken stock
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter slightly soft
  • 1/2 tablespoon Flour
