Ingredients for Stuffed Pepper Pasta Bake Recipe

  • 3/4 Large green peppers or 8 medium tops removed, seeded
  • 0.13 pound Lean ground beef you could use ground turkey, too
  • 0.13 Medium onion chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Oregano or italian seasoning
  • 0.13 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.06 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Minced garlic i used the minced garlic that comes in a jar
  • 0.06 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1/2 ounce 1 can green chilis, drained
  • 1.81 ounce 1 can diced tomatoes, drain and save the juice
  • 0.06 cup Minute rice can use regular rice but need to cook it first if you do
  • 1/2 ounce 1 can tomato sauce, optional
  • 0.06 cup Cheese for tops of peppers about shredded
