  • 0.13 cup Breadcrumbs

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced bell peppers, diced onions, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • STEP 3.Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheese in the center and shape the meat mixture into a ball, making sure the cheese is completely covered.
  • STEP 4.Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • STEP 5.While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tomato sauce. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, and cook until onions are translucent.
