Its a traditional dish but wizh fusion touch.i have made with beet n palak puree .n decorated in a new way .all will be eager to eat this as it looks attractive n colorful.
As required As we make normal halwa with one tar chasni.divide into three parts .one half add beet second add palak puree.roll it in any shape.to make look more good i have rolled n gave a flower shape .

STEP 1.Sugar chasni water and 70 sugar.boil upto one boil.add mung dal .put some dry fruits ghee n elaichi.for stuffing i have added coconut and mawa .first i rolled halwa n then with help of palm kept coconut filling inside it n rolled again.halwa is best when coconut is added ..do give a try.
