Mirchi Pakoda is a three layer Pakoda
Outer layer is Besan, middle layer is Mirchi and last layer is potato mixture.....very tasy and perfect snack for monsoon. #monsoon
STEP 1.Step 1: first boil the potato then peel and mashed.
STEP 2.Step 2: make a thick batter with Besan, Rice flour, salt, haldi, garlic paste and water. Keep a side.
STEP 3.Step 3: keep pan on the gas burner then put 1 tbsp oil and wait for 2-3 min then add dhaniya, when dhaniya start crackling then add potato and rest of ingredients.
Mix propery, then remove from pan in the plate.
STEP 4.Step 4: take a Mirchi with stem and a long cut from top to bottom but dont seperate only need to cut for stuffing.
STEP 5.Now fill the stuffing in the Mirchi and dip in the Besan batter then deep fry in medium heat.
STEP 6.When Pakodas looks cryspy then remove and fry next batch.
STEP 7.Serve garma garam Pakodas with Sauce, Chutney, whatever you want.
