Ingredients for Stuffed Mirchi Pakoda Recipe

  • 125 gm Potato
  • 50 gm Mirchi for Pakodas
  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Aamchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed dhaniya seeds
  • 1/2 cup Refined oil
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste

Directions: Stuffed Mirchi Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1: first boil the potato then peel and mashed.
  • STEP 2.Step 2: make a thick batter with Besan, Rice flour, salt, haldi, garlic paste and water. Keep a side.
  • STEP 3.Step 3: keep pan on the gas burner then put 1 tbsp oil and wait for 2-3 min then add dhaniya, when dhaniya start crackling then add potato and rest of ingredients. Mix propery, then remove from pan in the plate.
  • STEP 4.Step 4: take a Mirchi with stem and a long cut from top to bottom but dont seperate only need to cut for stuffing.
  • STEP 5.Now fill the stuffing in the Mirchi and dip in the Besan batter then deep fry in medium heat.
  • STEP 6.When Pakodas looks cryspy then remove and fry next batch.
  • STEP 7.Serve garma garam Pakodas with Sauce, Chutney, whatever you want.
