Its a full meal recipe. Raw Mango & Bengali Mango Mustard Sauce ( Aam kasundi) flavoured stuffed grilled chicken breasts with creamy Sauce. Served with Souteed boiled vegetables & boiled Brown rice.

Ingredients for Stuffed Mango Mustard grilled Chicken with creamy sauce. Recipe

  • 125 pieces Chicken large breasts pieces( boneless & skinless)
  • 1/2 tbsp Mango Mustard sauce (Aam kasundi)
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Mango Mustard sauce (Aam kasundi)
  • 0.13 Cup chopped green mango
  • 1/2 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped red & yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped black olives
  • 1 tbsp Chopped blanched Mashrooms
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped big achari mirch or jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped red & yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped black olives
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Grated processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Stuffed Mango Mustard Grilled Chicken With Creamy Sauce. Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash the chicken breast pieces, then lay on a flat surface & cut a slit about 3/4 of the way through chicken breasts. Make sure it should not be cut all the way through. Basically creating a deep large pocket to stuff the chicken breast.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the chicken breasts & pockets with Mango Mustard sauce (Aam kasundi) honey, salt & pepper. Refrigerate for atleast 30 min.
  • STEP 3.To prepare Stuffing, take  Chopped green Mango 1/4 cup, finely Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp, Chopped red & yellow bell peppers 1 tbsp, Chopped black Olives 1 tbsp, Chopped blanched Mashrooms 2 tbsp, Chopped big achari mirch or jalapeno peppers 1 tbsp, Chopped Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp, Honey 1 tbsp, Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp, Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, Olive Oil 2 tbsp, in a mixing bowl, add Mango Mustard sauce (Aam kasundi) mix together & stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 4.Now stuff the marinated Chicken breast pockets with prepared Stuffing with a spoon.
  • STEP 5.Heat Oil in a pan, add the stuffed chicken breasts & Saute for 5 min.per side or until each side is golden brown on medium flame. After that cover & cook another 5 min.each side on low flame. Place the prepared grilled chicken into a serving platter.
  • STEP 6.For creamy sauce, heat the same pan with remaining Oil & chicken juices with Spice Story Mango Mustard Sauce, add chopped garlic, saute for a min. Then add chopped bellpeppers, jalapeno peppers, Olives & saute for a min. Then add 2 tbsp of water & mix, now add Mayonnaise, grated processed cheese & chopped coriander leaves, give a stir. Sauce it ready. Finally spread the prepared Sauce all over the grilled chicken & serving platter.
  • STEP 7.Serve with hot Brown rice & Souteed boiled vegetables.
