Its a long procedure in a pan because we constantly have to stir it.so to decrease time i tried in cooker..took besan n water 1cup besan 1cup water and 1glass of butermilk.mixed it well n kept salt n turmeric n kept in abowl in cooker .whistle upto 7/8 .on low flame.remove n put one tsp of ghee or butter or oil to make the batter smooth.. Flaten in on back side of plate or platform put one big scoop n flaten it above that i have added coconut flakes garlic n roasted peanuts..cut n cool it.roll.from one side .ur stuffed khandwi js ready and serve with green chutney or sause.....time consuming cooker receipe stuffed khandwi is ready...
