  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix grated green papaya, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and spices like turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes to release the moisture from the papaya.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small circles. Place a spoonful of the papaya mixture in the center of each circle.
  • STEP 4.Fold the edges of the circle to cover the filling and seal it properly. Roll it gently into a paratha.
  • STEP 5.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying ghee or oil as needed.
